As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role as an organizational professional that provides administrative support to the leadership team. Act as an all-around gatekeeper and strategically manage the Director’s time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the partners and leadership team.
  • Calendar management and coordination.
  • Travel arrangement and coordination.
  • Acting liaison and support between department heads and partners including but not limited to; logistics for meetings, meeting notes and distribution, drafting agendas, development, compilation, and distribution of materials if applicable.
  • Task delegation and follow up through completion.
  • Completion of a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the partners’ ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects, producing documents, emails, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the partners, including but not limited to information that is highly confidential or critical in nature.
  • Prioritize and determine appropriate courses of action, referral or response, exercising critical thinking and judgement to reflect the partners style and organization policy.
  • Work closely with the partners to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables, with hands-on approach and other tasks that facilitate ability to effectively lead the company.
  • Anticipates problems and recommends a range of solutions.
  • Completing ad hoc special projects

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills
    • Troubleshooting: Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting office hardware and software issues independently.
      • For example: Software user management, meeting room technology, etc.
    • Emerging Tech: Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT,  Copilot) to enhance workflow efficiency

 Preferred Experience:

  • Preferred: an associate’s degree, and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience

This position is in office, full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 10% travel required.
